Oh, hun, I feel for ya. Willpower can be so tough to grab onto. It really does take a lot of discipline. I'd recommend keeping baby carrots and some Light Ranch (or similar) on hand -they really ARE quite tasty, and the crunchiness of them makes them take longer to eat.
It sounds like you may be having emotional-eating too - which is pretty much common to 90% of women, I swear. Stress eating too.
A GREAT cereal to snack on is Kashi GoLean (the original golean, not the crunchy). Take a look at the label - phenomenal in terms of fiber, protein, and calories. I LOVE this stuff.
