WOW! Lots of great advice!! I recently lost 30lbs. but needed to lose another 5-8 lbs. so I decided to join Weight Watchers. I loveeeeeeeee the program and actually find it pretty easy. For lunch today,I had Lean Cuisine Ravioli and potato and carrot slices that were cooked on our grill. Then,for dessert,I had a low fat brownie that my son and I made last night. Tasted even better since my 2 year old helped.

Anyway,I just thought that I would throw this idea out there. I am able to eat what I want,but within moderation. My body has now gotten used to this and knows when to stop eating....if that makes sense. Before,I would finished off a bag of chips and a container of dip in one day even if I felt full.

I know someone else said to drink water and this was actually something that I had to make myself do and now,I like drinking water and knowing that I am healthier for it.
