I just wanted to say that I have been a die hard Cubs fan my whole life. I used to wear a Cubs hat everyday for about a year (I was a big tomboy) I used to record Harry Carry singing and even some of the games. I cried for the Cubs when we missed our big chance a few years ago. My father could never afford to take me when I was young, he just made a lot of promises. We just bought a house outside of Chicago. Hopefully by next year we will scrap some money together to finally catch a game at Wrigley.
I love being a Cubs fan. Cubs fans have a strange bond. We're definitely not "fairweather" fans. We still stand proud when people try to make fun of the fact that we haven't won a world series in forever. If we win I will be screaming and jumping up and down. If not, then there is always next year. Cubs fans will ALWAYS be behind their team
