Well first of all u are not a loser.
Maybe u are a picker eater. You have to eat things that are good for you though. Whwther u like it or not.
Give up Chips. Eat Salad. Even if its with ALOT OF cheese for awhile.
Then eat a protein. Whatever meat u like. any kind. It doesnt matter.
You can eat bread and pasta. But not everyday.

only like 3 times a week.
If you can do this, you will lose tons of weight in 6m/1 yr..
But One of the best things u can do, is feel beeter about yourself, dont feel like a loser, and you will find you are and will be the winner.
