Can I borrow some will power? Geesh I feel like a big ole loser. I need to lose some weight in a serious way. I cannot seem to find my will power. I have meetings all day at work and I cannot eat at my desk -- not normal food, just chips and such. I have been in meetings starting at 9 and ending after 5, for brief moments in between I run like a mad woman to the bathroom.
I just get stressed and I want to eat.
Im having a bad day I guess. Any suggestions?
