That's so crappy! My bf is a car salesman, and he would NEVER EVER act like that or even close to it...that is just ridiculous! He is sooooo overly nice to his customers (which is what he should be) because being mean doesn't help and y'all were not even rude once! He was an idiot! Glad you reported him...I'm sure his manager (if it's a decent dealership) will take SERIOUS action for this guy losing a very possible sale.
Oh, and my bf knows practically EVERYTHING about all their models. He even knows comparison to similar cars and blah blah blah. The only problem with him is once you get him started....
