Hi! You have gotten great advise. Sawyer used to sleep in his crate on my nightstand so he could see me. If he stired, I put my finger in the crate and he went right back to sleep. He was 12 weeks when I got him though, so your younger baby may need to go potty during the night; but they go right back to sleep afters. Sawyer sleeps with us now that he is older. Just a thought; but with your first yorkie sleeping with you, maybe keeping the new baby out of the bedroom all together will cause a little territorial competion with the two dogs. Your older baby needs to know that the younger one is part of the clan too.lol
