I don't see there being a problem with the length of the pups. Just be there for her and make her comfy. You said you've read alot so you probably know all the signs of stress to look for. My yorkie delivered 4 last week and we had a great whelp (wish they could all be like that...and wishing it for you) Then my maltese delivered 2 last week and we had to run to the ER because she would not progress in labor ( she had been digging and panting for over 8 hours) they gave her an oxy shot and it was over in 30 mins.
