I was discharged yesterday afternoon and I'm SO happy to me home in my own bed. The back surgery itself went very well and my nurses were fabulous but it amazes me just how many incompetent people work in hospitals! Immediately following my surgery was not a positive experience and I was in excruciating pain for days following my surgery. I hope that I NEVER have to go through that again. But I'm home now. I'm still in pain but it's improving every day. I'm even walking better, just at a snail's pace
