Peel and core some apples, (careful not to put a hole all the way thru the apple)coat the outside with butter, then put butter & brown sugar inside and sprinkle the outside with cinnamon-sugar and wrap up in foil and bake at 350 degree for about 30 to 40 minutes. These are always a hit when you have company over for a chicken dinner.
