Well, there's always apple pie!
One of my favorite low fat recipes is to peel and slice an apple (or two or three) and put it in a microwave bowl. Microwave it till soft (I'm not sure how long, just do a couple of minutes, check, repeat, and so on, till done)
Then I add splenda or sugar till sweet enough and maybe a bit of cinammon. You can also add butter, but then there goes the low fat!
My absolute favorite is apple dumpling, but I don't have a recipe, I'd eat too much if I ever made it!!!
