Ok so she is definitely finding him to be an unwanted person there and she is showing him he is unwanted. While I don't care for the whole alpha type of training I think she needs some to be shown while mommy loves her she won't get her way. She should not be able to dictate if he can or can't be in the room...while we love our babies they are not babies like a human child and need to be treated as animals (that is my own personal feelings about it and there are others that feel differently and we are all entitled to our opinions...so I hope no one wants to jump on me and start arguing this point. To each their own when it comes to this thought).
I would suggest letting her sleep in the room with you on a bed on the floor near the bed. That behaviour is unacceptable and you shouldn't have to attempt to arrange your relationship and human interaction to suit her needs.
