Yes I can afford it. That is why I made sure that i didn't spend beyond my means for my two dogs in the first place. Even before i got the dogs my neighbors dog broke his leg and they had to pay almost 2000 to get it fixed. I was aware of the cost them and now. This is also something I have discussed with my breeder weather it be the cost for a neuter or whatever. This is why I made sure i got the dogs I wanted at the price i could afford so that I could be able to have the money i could have wasted or in better words overplayed set away for an emergency. The way my mind works i over plan for everything, from the smallest things in my life to major purchases.
