I'm so sorry you're having a hard time. I know it must be hard to battle MS plus potty-training a new baby. I know there's a spray you can buy that has some pH solution in it that will make them WANT to pee on the pad. Ask about it next time you're at petsmart. There's also an additional spray that will neutralize the smell of accidents so they dont return to that spot again to potty. And if i were you, though its maybe not VERY practical, I'd duct tape the pad down so theres no edges exposed for her to pick up and get her teeth on. Hope this helps!
