I think you need to change her from Royal Canin try other food like Canidea, honest kitchen, or a better food than Royal Canin, also a 14 week old pup have a lot of energy maybe someone can take her for a walk for you, also you may want to use clothes pads so she can't tear up, for my girls I cover the play pen with wee pads then I remove them one by one untill you leave one or two there for her to use, hope this help a little
