I think that's what I said - it's good if you have a back problem. If you don't, you don't need it. If you feel it is more comfortable, good, but the crunches won't work better.

Sure, if your workout resembles a halfour bicycleride, then you can do it every day. But if it's a real workout, ou will need to take days off to give your muscles time to rest If you believe otherwise, then so be it...

Work out machines do make a difference. If they didn't they wouldn't make them and gyms wouldn't exsist without them.
The Rio Ab belt - well, a Danish consumers magazine made a test of 6 EMS belts and this was one of them - and the one with the best results.
I myself tried it - won't recommend something to my clients without trying it (well, most things) and my pants got loose at the waist even though I didn't loose any weight at all. Weird feeling...

You obviously know a lot about this subject - and I am sure we could talk about it forever - maybe some day we'll meet and get the chance
