I would do this if I were you and if you remember a name to put the name in the letter. Something should be done about it.
I was telling my store manager today how I read complaints on one of the forums I belong to about some petsmarts. I really want to strive to make the store I work in nothing like these places I read about. Im really hoping to change that stigmata that some petsmart groomers have. I am good at what I do and the dogs are always my first priority.
