Ten times a day is a lot. Puppies can go every hour or so (so ten times would be normal), but six months might be a little old for that. I guess you're not alone though. Ellie is 6 and goes 3-5 times a day. As small breed dogs get older I think I have read that they need to be aloud to pee every 4 hours. That is 5 times a day.
