[SugarMama]

I had an email from her this morning and someone came and adopted them yesterday. I'm so bummed. I didn't really plan to adopt 2 dogs, but these guys sounded perfect. She was asking $450 for the pair and my daughter's actually said they would give up 2 sessions (16 wks) of gymnastics to pay for them.

So, now I'm searching again. I would really like to get a young male yorkie but I'm not having any luck. They're either too expensive, don't like kids, or are too far away. I want to adopt one that needs a new loving home. I'm hoping it's potty-trained (hopefully!), male (I don't know if this really matters but I'm guessing Sugar would like it more if it's not another female), and one that likes kids. It would be spoiled rotten and loved to pieces. I guess I might just have to wait a while to find the perfect match. We found Sugar & everything worked out perfectly, there has to be another one out there looking for my family.

I found Sugar on petfinder.com's classified section. Her mommy was looking for a new home for her because she was working so many hours and Sugar was spending all of her time in a cage. She didn't want any money, she just wanted Sugar to find a loving home. I gave her $50 to at least pay for the supplies she gave us even though she didn't want it. Sugar is now in heaven because I'm a stay at home mom so she's rarely in her cage (maybe 1-2 hrs total per week) and we spend all of our time together.

I'm praying that we can find another one just like Sugar.
