Gross! Sorry you had a bad experience!
From my experience, the Petcos in Minnesota and Iowa are not nearly as clean as PetSmarts are. I prefer going to PetSmart for this reason, as well as the fact that the employees at PetSmart seem to be more friendly and knowledgeable about things than Petco employees. |
