Cookie may just love a crate (as marcerella02 said, since she's older and not used to it, you'll have to see). All my puppies have been crated when we're not home and crate trained. Coby LOVES his crate. It's like a kid's bedroom - his special place. When I get my keys out, he checks to see if I'm getting my puppy purse. If not, he knows he's not going, and he runs into his crate and waits for his treat. (Give Cookie a treat every time she goes in her crate - it helps).
