This happened to me a few days ago, We were taking a walk and this guy who was jogging with his mut unleashed (don't know what kid of dog it was but it was BIG) It ran towards us from across the street and my neice freaked out. I grabbed Gus and stood in front of my neice who was in the stroller. The stupid owner of the dog was laughing. I was so mad. I called him a few choiced words and he just laughed again, got his dog and continued with his jog.
