I keep hearing about the water bottle suggestion but I was wondering what kind of bottle people use? Most of the water bottles I've seen are ones that squirt out a stream of water. I think I'd prefer one with more of a mist type of spray. Also, do you spray it on their face/nose or somewhere on the body?
