I took a 1/2 of Xanax once to take the edge off....I was so sleepy and relaxed, if the dog had of got out of it's lead and been running through the show site I wouldn't have cared.
Another important thing to remember is the dog can smell your nerves from your breath....I contineously have mints in my mouth.....from excersising prior to grooming until we leave the ring.
