Yeah, he's probably trying to dry himself off. Chibi rolls around on the couch, snorting, trying to get himself dry, and he makes the couch wet. Of course, this is when he gets away from the blow dryer. My husband is really happy to see his clean little boy great him at the door, even though sometimes the little guy is still wet! I love Yorkie baths!
