Hi. I would have to say "no"....Your little Glory is going to be what she is and unless it's a medical reason that could harm her Id say "let her little ear flop all it wants". She is adorable just like she is.
Im more for the "natural" look though of dogs. We have a Schnauzer and I opted NOT to have her ears done, they are floppy and she has so much personality in those ears. Many many years ago we used to have a boxer, and same with him, kept the ears natural.
It's all a personal choice, neither right or wrong...So good luck with how you decide to handle Glory's ear.
