for a while one of nala's ears was up and one was half up, i got put in the hospital for a few days and when i came home both of them were up. i liked them better when they're floppy but there ain't no putting them down! like someone else said if it's important to you go ahead and tape it, but i just left nala's alone and they did what they wanted. maybe it was b/c she missed me
