Poor little Beau! I didn't have time to read the entire thread, so if I repeat advice, forgive me.
I groom Toto because of bad experiences with groomers too. Toto also got the "between the eyes" shave once .... it took months to grow back. The main thing is watch Beau's eyes for eye infection. When it starts growing back, those little prickly hairs will stick them in the eye and sometimes cause infection in the eyes. Sorry you both had this bad experience. Please give Beau hugs from Toto & me!
