I have the DVR that Time Warner issues ... make sure that there is no overlapping in the time schedule ... like, if something ends at 10:01, you cannot tape something that starts at 10:00 ....

I always try to hit FIRST RUN ONLY but sometimes then it does not schedule it to tape so I hit FIRST RUN & REPEATS ... I just figure, I'll deal with it later!

Try that ... if that does not set it up, let me know and I shall try to brainstorm with you.

Make sure you do not have more than 2 things set up to tape for the same time period.

I "time shift" also b/c of the commercials ....
