My mother has two yorkies. I only spent time with them on visits. But I thought they had BIG personalities, were playful and just a ball of fun! My rottweiler, Brandy, recently passed away. She was pretty mellow in the last years of her life. Very affectionite and social. So it is really important to me that my yorkie spend alot of time around people and family to remain social and not too yippy. I loved playing with my big dog and tug of war was really a tug of war. I am very excited but at the same time I wonder what the difference will be? I have read a couple people write that it was the best decision! SO that assures me as well! I will be getting her at 8 months so I think she will be in a very playful stage!
