Can she go out side to pee and poo if she is confined to inside for 2 weeks? I can't do the poop and Pee thing in the house, even with the pads it kills me. I am a neat freak and can't stand anything that will leave a linger in the house.

OMG what have we gotten our poor puppy into. The collar is not going to fly. We are going to have to tough it out. My birds couldn't stand the collar and this one can't stand his reg harness / collar. Oh me oh my!
