I have heard if their ears dont stand by 6 months most likely they wont, so if its important to you I would work on it now.
One of my yorkies had a lazy ear and I taped her ears, she was miserable but I kept trying to tape them. I would keep them on for a week and then her ears would stand for a while then droop again............I decided I just didnt care and let them go..she is so cute but her ears dont stand and the hair is long on them..........so far her puppies ears all stand up on their own.......I didnt have good luck with taping....
