This weekend shannette showed the female she bought from Yorkiediva in the UKC show in Hickory, NC. As far as we know it is the first one ever shown in both UKC and AKC. Shannette and carmella did GREAT!! She is a beautiful pup. She brought home 2nd place, but she deserved first. The judge loved her, but said she couldnt give her first since there is no standard set for chocolates yet. The judge could have disqualified her if she would have wanted to because there is no standard, but she didnt. Carmella was perfect in the ring, and the judge recgonized that.
Shannette is planning on working now to get a standard set for the chocolates and will be showing with me and mojo again at the next UKC show in NC.
