At that age, her puppy is losing its baby teeth and the adult teeth are coming in. I know a lot of the yorkies on here (especially the tinier ones) seem to have some teething problems - acting lethargic and in pain from teething. I'm not sure about throwing up, but mouth pain can make you feel sick all over so I'm sure it's possible. I don't know if Jack Russells have teething problems since they are larger than yorkies, but I'm assuming some could have teething problems.
