Yay - I finally broke my plateau that I've been on for just over a month. I was steadily losing 1 pound a week since January and around 8/6 just stopped. I haven't gained anything but not losing but maybe a half pound these entire 6 weeks, but I never strayed off my plan - still eating right and exercising at least 4x week. I weigh myself every Saturday morning first thing and yesterday I lost 2 whole pounds..yay! Yes -it was so frustrating doing everything right and still not losing but I kept right on.
So - don't stop or give up if you cheat or hit a plateau - keep going - it finally comes off. My nutrionist told me that I was doing everything right but my body had to play "catch up" with my new weight and get used to it and stabalize. It finally did and hopefully now I can get these last 8 pounds off.
