I just have to tell you all, I cheated a little today!
I had dinner from a Taco Place (a burrito and some chips with cheese dip) and a diet soda. I did manage my portions, by not getting the burrito meal.. but I have to tell you guys.. it was NOT SATISFYING AT ALL.
I felt miserable and sick after and it was so not worth it. I'm doing extra workouts tomorrow and drinking extra water to attempt to get the sodium out of my system and I'm hoping it doesn't affect my weight loss too much.
Just wanted to admit that to you all.. but I'm not down on myself.. it was a slip up, but a portioned out slip up that I won't be repeating
