I want to weigh in too. I have no idea how much I need to lose - it's been ages since I've been on the scale - don't even know if mine is accurate.

I'm guessing I need to lose somewhere btwn 5-10 pounds.
Definitely I need to firm up. I need to get on an excerise plan big time! I used to do Callanetics - a bit like palates (sp) - - small muscle movements designed by Callan Pickney. I was so slim & tight when I did these all the time.
I also have the palates dvds I should be watching. I even bought a Bean off an infomercial several months ago - but it's still sitting in the box - unopened.
I need some good motivation. I have an old boyfriend flying halfway across the country just to take me to dinner for my birthday in a couple of weeks - you would think that would have been motivation enough, but I've been busy & lazy when I'm not busy - that counts being on yt - lol
I probably fall in that group of not eating enough, a lot of time. I love Special K with strawberries. Lots of fruit. I try to drink a glass of milk every day - but I know I should drink more. And I could improve my water intake - its good, but could be better. I probably need more protein, so I am not so tired, therefore kind of lazy.
Exercise - any good motivational tips??
