I been doing very well today had kashi cereal for breakfast, banana chips for snack, kashi frozen southwest chicken for lunch, kashi tlc ranch crackers for snack.
Will have another kashi meal in a bit for dinner and then one more snack tonight. I am having a very bad weekend with how I am feeling, so I am thankful for these frozen dinners.
