Mine are down to about a mile now because it has been so hot and I haven't been taking them out onto the streets and park. In the spring, they were up to 3 miles in the park and now that it's getting cooler we are starting back up. They are both teapots, 9 and 12 lbs. But they do love to G O. I always carry water and treats just in case. They love to stop and sniff everything but just the command "let's go" or in case they have found something interesting "leave it" we are off again. It's a great way to get exercise and spend time with them at the same time.
