No. The BTCA has permission to use the pictures. They were given the pictures and ask to stamp them and not distrubute them by the person that owns them.
A person took pictures removed the stamps that were on them and is telling everone they are her revised edition.

She paints herself, how would she like it if people went on her site and started taking her pictures and passing them around under
