Yes he does look premature, And I think you are doing a wonderful job. If you can get him to eat and keep his body warm then I would not worry about taking him to the vet. with being early I wouldnt take him around all the germs at the vets, Or in the night air.Theres not a lot the vet can do for one so young or small. But if you feel some thing is worng with him then yes he might need a vet to check him out. The best milk is the mommys milk,Im sure with it being Mommas first time shes just unsure on what to do, But shell catch on soon.
