Hi....Welcome....And Congrats.
We have 2 little boys. They are brothers. When we brought the first one home- he threw up twice. Not fun but workable...lol... When we brought the other one home- he threw up six times. I do not know where it all came from. That felt like the longest trip I think I ever took.( was actually only 2.5 - 3 hours one way.)
We did the Nutrical when we got home also. I would just keep things quiet for the first couple of days til he feels comfortable. I would definitely take him in for a well check up and you can mention the wheezing to your vet. But sounds like you are doing every thing right.
