Thanks for sharing kalina82! Thankfully, it's not a hassle to get Miko to take his pills everyday anymore, but that thing must make it easier to get them to take pills at a vet's office.
Peanut butter is not recommended for liver compromised dogs. It's high in protein and high in fat, both hard on their livers. Coating it with a very small amount of olive oil or unrefined virgin coconut oil might be okay, but honestly I'm not sure. I do know that you can't give it with food. You might ask on the liver shunt group and see if anyone has any suggestions.
