Lacy doesn't like her shoes either. I don't put them on her much except for special events or pictures. They're so cute though so I wish she liked them more. She usually won't move much either and when she does walk, she'll pick her back legs up really high. It's pretty funny. You're supposed to get them used to them slowly. Try about 15 minutes at first, then the next day 20, then 30, then and hour...and keep progressing. The dog is supposed to eventually get used to them. Lacy will usually start walking normally if I keep them on her for an hour.
