I do think it is important what piece of papers you are getting from the breeder you purchase from. Everyone needs to do their homework.
I will continue to register my dogs with IBC. My puppies have their registrations with IBC. If puppy buyers are okay with American registeries only, that is their decision. And buyers should not be paying for registering their puppies. JMHO. |
