please get them to check his heart again.
my sasha started having fits aged about 2 and i was told it was her brain.
when she was 12 and a half her fits got really bad and i took her to the vet and they said her heart was fine, they then did a xray and found that her heart was very enlarged and she had heart failure.
im sure she was born with a heart problem and that was the cause of her fits not a problem with her brain.
she had pills for the heart failure but it didnt work for her and she had 2 heart attacks, she howled with the heart attacks and if i hadnt seen her have a normal fit before i would of prob thought she was just fitting and not having a heart attack.
they can do a xray without putting your dog out, they can just weight him down.
i had to have sasha pts as the meds never worked for her but tye my 14 year old yorkie who is also sashas son now has heart failure and the meds are working well and have been for about 3 years.
