That is your dog!!! You paid for her and picked her out!!!! If you dont talk to your mom because of the situation then why worry about talking to them. Think about your lil butters. Your mom actually stole the dog from you when you were prob going though an emotional time in your life with moving back in. How do you know that your mom didnt get a nice payment from this telling them to offer you 200.00 from what she was already being paid. Think about it all.
