Max actually cleans (well, I have to admit I didn't think of it as "cleaning") himself after he pees; he licks his weenie when he's done. He's always clipped short and his belly is pretty much shaved, but in between groomings, I clip the hair on his wee-wee when it starts growing over it just b/c after awhile, it starts to make him smell a little more like a dog, LOL. The wipes are a good idea though too!
