Ok, I weighed in at 149 this morning! My goal is 130. so 19 lbs to go.

I have had a peach this morning and LOTS of water. I am waiting for the dr to get here and leave so I can have some lunch...and I think I will go to the store and get some broccoli and have steamed broccoli for lunch. sounds good to me I will add some protein in there somehow..just not sure how yet

I am going to go and do some crunches real quick.

Hopefully my goal will get reached at some time in the near future LOL
