i went and bought some fiber and calcium vitamins. I think those are 2 of the biggest things I am missing in my diet. I HATE milk. and am scared of cheese because it is so fattening. and yogurt makes me want to gag...so i figure maybe i should take some calcium supplements daily. and i have IBS so I really do need the extra fiber boosts. plus I have been reading how good fiber is for you and I need all I can get, IMO. so I got some of that too. we will see how it goes over the next few weeks with me taking these regularly.
